My stay at the Viceroy was a mixture of highs and lows. The skiing experience was effortless, thanks to the convenient ski-in/ski-out access and the superb ski valet service. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel valued throughout our visit. However, I found the additional charges for services like valet parking and gift bag delivery to be quite excessive, which dampened the overall experience a bit. The dining was exceptional, but the pillow comfort in the room left something to be desired.
